Babu Owino Paul, has emerged as the top-performing lawmaker in Kenya, according to the latest 2026 Infotrak Elected Leaders Performance Rating. The extensive survey, which evaluated elected leaders across all 47 counties, 290 constituencies, and 1,450 wards, utilized a 1–10 Likert scale to gather citizen perceptions on leadership delivery. Babu Owino clinched the highest position nationwide among Members of Parliament, scoring an impressive 80%. Following closely behind the Embakasi East legislator is Kabuchai MP, Hon.
