This is a political season where Kenyans are preparing to go to the polls in 9 months time.
During this season, misinformation, misrepresentation, misdata and misagenda fill the space all the more.
Every man / woman with forerunning evil mind shows up with affidavits and copies of documents to settle scores with another in the political space. Some are paid to cook and present documents.
Others are paid to reveal information they think can damage another. All this in the name of wanting to edge a politician over another.
From Kitui County, documents in our possession allege that one JOHNSON UVALE MUTINDA was once a personal assistant of one JULIUS KIEMA KILONZO during the latter’s 2nd term in parliament representing Kitui East Constituency.
Mutinda alleges to have sat for masters classes on behalf of Kilonzo. Mutinda alleges to have never sat for examination papers for the subjects he attended.
Mutinda alleges he had a fake student id card and a fake national id card. Mutinda alleges Kilonzo did not sit for classes to earn him the Master of Arts Degree in Armed Conflict and Peace Studies.
In essence, Kilonzo did not attend classes and did not sit for exams – someone else did this dirty job including Mutinda who was during the time in question an adult of sound mind.
This means Mutinda was not an employee but a student for hire and seems he earns a living by this practice - and by the way, this is quite in order for it is done world-wide!
Also, Mutinda is in possession of identification documents whose credentials are not his except for the photo – this may be a star fraud. It is possible that:
1} Mutinda is a fraudster or a hired one and as such a dangerous person in society.
2} Mutinda is among the young adults who wait for political season to reveal what they think they know to spoil for one and win for another. In this case, their agenda is simply selfish – to destroy and appear correct and patriotic.
3} Having waited for over 10yrs to reveal the alleged information means Mutinda is a broke chap and out to blackmail to escape with payment.
4} Our sources have revealed that Mutinda is working for the current governor of Kitui County (Ngilu) whom Kilonzo is contesting against.
5} Lawyers have their work and in-tray full during this season and they cannot be blamed for training to be strategic and during this season, they are going to prey on many.
6} Kilonzo is not alone in this attack and he may be advised to seek legal redress or simply treat this matter as pure propaganda or shit.
7} The university has trashed these allegations and issued a null and void correspondence over it.
Also, one of our analysts went to University of Nairobi for his postgraduate studies.
Postgraduate classes can have 3 to 20 or more students at any given time.
Attendance is at an average of fifty percent. Classmates of one Kilonzo during the said studies know the truth and one Rtd. Maj. Mbarak of EACC is laughing it off for he knows how dubious the allegations are.
8} Here and now, Kilonzo should rest well and ignore one Mutinda to the end.
If Mutinda goes to court or anyone does with regard to this, they may be ashamed to their core. See you for another analysis.
