    2.Youth Empowerment through 30% award of County contracts , graduate- Employer linkage for jobs and internships creation .
    3.Women empowerment through CBOs- County Women Fund acquisitions .
    4.Elderly Care Initiative through Social protection mechanisms with better linkage to Social services .
    5.Quality ECDE Education framework , Adequate & Clean water .
    6.Church infrastructure growth and development through supportive Harambees .

School Principal Rebecca Mutinda Wins ‎ Leaders of All Nations International  (LOANI) Global Award By Patrick KIMANZI   ‎A Principal/Director/CEO Mrs Rebecca Mutinda, who has been championing children rights, Education and social transformation, has won a Global Leadership award, The COUNTY DIARY has learnt. ‎A Principal of a Girls High school in Machakos Madam Rebecca won the  Global Awards organised by Leaders of All Nations International  (LOANI), media reports said. She received an international Leadership Award -As an  Outstanding and Distinguished Leader. ‎She is the CEO of Mama Dorcus Children Centre a charity org in Kenya.
