The County Government of Kitui Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development County Minister Hon. Kyalo Maithya Watutu graced and led public participation ahead of budget formulation for 2022/2023 Financial Year in Mwingi Town.

Hon. Watutu reiterated on HE Governor Charity Ngilu's unwavering commitment to her Five Pillar Manifesto. The opinion leaders and residents present endorsed the budget proposals and vowed to support Ngilu's reelection on August 9 general elections.
