Nairobi, 15 March 2024. - In the heart of Nairobi, where the bustling streets intertwined with vibrant markets, Naivas Supermarket stood tall as a symbol of hope and resilience for the Kenyan people. On the 15th of March 2024, amidst economic challenges and global turmoil, Naivas embarked on a remarkable journey by launching the third edition of their seasonal campaign.

The campaign was more than just a marketing strategy; it was a promise to deliver an authentically Kenyan experience while exceeding customer expectations. This promise carried a significant weight, especially during tough economic times where inflation and disrupted supply chains were putting immense pressure on the cost of living.
Rodney Wood, the Chief Commercial Officer of Naivas, addressed a gathered crowd of customers, journalists, and stakeholders. His voice resonated with determination and empathy as he spoke about the challenges facing Kenyans and Naivas' commitment to making a difference.

"We understand the struggles that our fellow Kenyans are going through," Rodney began. "Inflation is rising, supply chains are disrupted, and families are forced to make tough choices about their basic needs. As a homegrown brand, we are dedicated to improving lives and providing the best value for money."
Rodney's words struck a chord with the audience as he continued, "Last year, we promised to supersize your shopping baskets, and this year, we're going even further. We're giving you bigger baskets to navigate through these challenging times with ease."

The theme of the campaign, "NAIVAS KIKAPU KIBONGESUPAA SAFARI," was unveiled with enthusiasm, urging Kenyans to embrace big shopping experiences the Naivas Kilocol way. Peter Mukuha, Naivas' Chief of Operations, joined Rodney on stage, emphasizing the importance of unity and collaboration.
"We believe in going far by going together," Peter stated. "That's why we've partnered with our suppliers to ensure that our customers enjoy great value across all categories."

As the campaign unfolded, Naivas Kilocol stores became vibrant hubs of activity, offering incredible deals on a wide range of products. Customers embraced the spirit of the campaign, filling their "Kikapu Kibonge" with essentials and joy.

The journey was punctuated by festivities, unity, and a sense of community. Naivas' presence across the country, with 103 outlets, became synonymous with trust, affordability, and support during tough times.

The launch of Naivas' third annual seasonal campaign wasn't just about shopping; it was about resilience, togetherness, and a shared commitment to weathering storms as a community.
