How MALOMBE JUNIOR Tournament Won Hearts and Minds In Kitui County

Meet Martin Munyoki Malombe (Malombe Junior) the budding and popular youthful Mwingi politician who's exploits in Mwingi Central Youth & Sports arena has won hearts and minds of hundreds of youths within the constituency.

His brainchild project christened Malombe Junior Tournament, which kicked off back in 2013 won accolades across Kitui sports spectrum, with it's fame spreading across the larger Kitui County, netting in regional politicians including Gideon Mulyungi, CNN and Eng Malili.

"The Malombe Junior Tournament brought together over 50 teams across the Mwingi Sub-county, and was ostensibly set for a slate in the local Kenyan Guinness Book of record due to it's well coordinated and organized efforts, bringing together youths and promoting their talent.. a thing that was never heard in the history of kitui youth leadership" said Malombe Junior speaking to The COUNTY DIARY.

His trophies and uniforms are all over and he wishes to extend this to the entire Kitui County with the support of Hon Gideon Mulyungi (Tsunami) the man who puts the interests of the youths of Mwingi Central first in his annual manifesto.

Youth and talent empowerment is a true calling for this youthful gentleman.
