1. LYNETTE MWENDE NDILE holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy & Management from Strathmore University.
She has a technical background as her first degree is. BSc. In Aeronautical Engineering & Flight Design from The Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. 



2. She speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese & French Languages. This has allowed her to play the role of Senior Liaison with various Development partners, donors & multilateral institutions such as The World Bank. Most recently appointed to The Presidential Working Party on Education Reforms with a keen focus on advancing the TVET Agenda and immersing herself in Multi-Stakeholder Engagement.




3. She is the founder of Ujana Afrika, a For-Impact non profit organization that exists to empower youth through TVET, currently mentoring & sponsoring youth to pursue technical courses.




4. She is the proud daughter of Hon. Esther Kalunda Ndile *Mama Badilisha* Kitui Woman Rep Aspirant & The Late Steve Ndile, GM-NBK. Mwende is a Born Again Christian and the middle child in the family of 3. 



5. She is a fitness enthusiast & Her favorite hobby is swimming & taking nature walks. She does 15Km every Saturday morning !!
