How Hon Dr. Lewis Kakundi Is Roping In Kitui East Aspirants To His Camp
By PATRICK KIMANZI
Towering Kitui East aspirant Hon Dr. Lewis political juggernaut is ratcheting up for victory in 2022 - and the stage is set for his triumphant entry into the 13th Parliament.
His mettle and grip on Kitui development agenda and social- economic politics is enviable to thousands of his admirers.
It will not be a walk in the park for the incumbent, and his nondescript clueless opponents who seem to have nothing to offer, save for empty rhetoric and posturing.
As his competitors run around hoodwinking voters, Lewis is hell-bent on bringing more goodies to the region - ostensibly winning more hearts and minds to his ballot box for the upcoming 2022 suffrage.
For example, his escalated program is well oiled in economic empowerment initiative that will go a long way in ensuring independence of Kitui East youth and women - a feat never witnessed before since independence!
Not to mention his well thought blueprint initiatives.
Speaking to reporters yesterday at the sidelines of an event in Kitui East constituency, Hon Lewis Kakundiwas categorical that his quest to represent the people of Kitui East at the 13th Parliament is unstoppable.
"I don't need to mention that there is yet another planned programme that seeks to address the problems facing Youth and Women in Kitui in the near future.
I am creating more networks with like- minded development partners so that my mandate for the defrachised women and youth of Kitui East in 2022 will see more sustainable development" said Lewis after launching his quest.
During his "Meet the People" Tour, he also met with Professionals from the Constituency who have promised their full support and also has been in closed door meetings with fellow aspirants who also wish to unite and join his camp.
