Stop Claiming Mulyungi Projects as Yours, Nguni Ward Aspirant Eng Davii Mutisya Warns MCA Kiruru

Popular Nguni Ward MCA aspirant Eng David Mutisya (Davii) has warned the incumbent Hon Jefferson Kiruru to desist from claiming ownership of projects done by Mwingi Central MP Hon Gideon MULYUNGI in the ward as his own.





Speaking to COUNTY DIARY, the youthful aspirant refered to an incident on Sartuday where Kiruru, who accompanied MP Mulyungi to condole bereaved families in the area, claimed that he will forthwith start telling the electorate that some projects by the MP belong to him.


"I am warning Kiruru that his time is up.  Kiruru has absolutely no tangible projects in Nguni. It is time for a youthful leader to take over Nguni Ward leadership mantle. Kiruru has done nothing and is riding on the back of the area MP for re-election. Nguni people will not be hoodwinked anymore" said Eng David Mutisya popularly known as Davii.




Eng David Mutisya, a Civil Engineer and Contractor is expected to win the 2022 elections to represent Nguni Ward at the Kitui County Assembly owing to his escalated development and philanthropic feats in Nguni and environs.
