NO MORE BLOODSHED: Dr. Makali Mulu Takes on Migrant Harders

```Dr. Makali Mulu is taking a strong stance on the Mutha security issue, calling for immediate boundary demarcation to keep out migrant herders causing conflict and killing locals. He deems it unacceptable and demands action.
In Parliament, Dr. Makali has petitioned Survey of Kenya, Department of Land Adjudication and Settlement, and Kenya International Boundaries office (KIBO) to map and beacon boundaries, ending the old-age conflict.
He questions the licensing of weapons carried by herders and asks the County Commissioner to ensure Mutha people's security, citing government's primary duty to protect citizens.
Dr. Makali urges Kitui residents to avoid leasing land to migrant herders, citing difficulties in resolving conflicts due to lease agreements. He challenges the National Government to disarm illegal firearm holders, saying enough is enough.
