Read what Joe Mutambu did to the people of Mwingi Central Constituency while he was the Mp in the full glare and in support  of his so called Mama Central today.

The following documents show a non-existent  water project which was projected as Mwingi Town to Ukasi Pipeline.

This ghost project was allocated 39 Million Kenya Shillings which was pocketed by the said individual.

EVIDENCE:


After the audit  was done this is what was found out and the Cdf Board recommended that EACC MUST take action.

Now the same person  wants to come back through the.back door vide his wife to counties wanton looting from the people of Mwingi.

Avoid the duo like plague!!
