1.) Hon Ndile was born and bred in Mwingi Central and is the daughter of Mwingi Soil - *Mwiitu wa Kimangao wa Muvinga*.
2.) Her father, the famous Cllr. Kimangao Muvinga was among the most popular & longest serving Councillors in Mwingi for 15 years & Chairman of Kitui Council. Therefore it is no shock that the people of Mwingi have vowed to vote in their daughter enmasse as the incoming Kitui Women Rep in 2022.
3.) Hon Ndile is married in Kitui West and together with her family they have always supported the local community as well as sponsoring activities in the local churches, herself being a staunch Christian.
4. ) Hon Esther Ndile lives at her residence in Mutonguni
& works at the Kitui County Assembly in Kitui town as an MCA.
5. ) Hon Ndile has brought the much needed change in Kitui County going by her *MAMA BADILISHA *slogan.!
Most noteworthy is since 2019, she has launched a Women Economic Empowerment project which she has so far launched in Kitui’s FIVE constituencies. The personal initiative dubbed *Wamama Na Essie* is a successful table banking program in support of women Self-Help groups.

Kitui west constituency are wholly behind Mama badilisha and as a person I will drum support Mama badilisha who has shown commitment to empowerment of women groups the County over. The table banking engagements are giving the women opportunities to develop themselves
