Senatorial Aspirant Hon Allan Sila Kithome Insists On Oversight Mandate As Key to development in Kitui County  By PATRICK KIMANZI & MAXIMILLA WAFULA  Kitui Senatorial Aspirant and political analyst Hon Allan Sila Kithome has insisted on Oversight of County funds as the key mover in development of the region, media reports said today. Speaking to reporters in Kitui town, the resourceful administrator and technocrat politician placed the blame squarely on the current senator.
