Several elderly persons from Nguni ward in Mwingi Central, Kitui benefited from food donations exercise in the area. The Sh700,000 initiative is funded by his Mwangaza Food For The Elderly Initiave, The COUNTY DIARY reported Saturday. Hon. Peter Ngui Osteen garnered 8,153 out of the 48,621 votes cast coming distant second after ODM's Ken Chonga who garnered 21,334. Kombe Sophie Kadzo of PAA Party came in third with 7,394 votes.  Peter Osteen is commonly known by his followers as Tsunami and that's the name he was referred to during his campaigns.
