Waita MCA Aspirants Panic As KIVANGA Wins More Hearts and Minds

By PATRICK KIMANZI & MPPRESS As more politicians and wannabes throw their hats in the ring to represent the campaigns for the coveted Waita, MCA aspirants are on a panic mode as Hon KIVANGA MUTUNGA grips residents with his door-to-door campaigns in the ward. Speaking to COUNTY DIARY after reports emerged that the incumbent could be backing out if the race, Hon Kivanga said; "I am focusing more on my campaigns as I keep winning more hearts and minds in Upper and Lower Waita" said Kivanga. By The COUNTY DIARY Editor Popular Waita politician and MCA aspirant Hon Kitovoto Mutinda is the man credited for changing the fortunes of youths working at the Chinese mining company in Enziu, The COUNTY DIARY reports. Kitovoto was instrumental in addressing incidents that exposed the Chinese investors' ethical standards of safety measures, health, environmental, labour and human rights violations. WAITA MCA Deiys MUKALA Lauds MP MULYUNGI Grading of Endui Roads

By PATRICK KIMANZI / MPPRESS Waita Ward MCA Hon Deiys Mukala has congratulated Mwingi Central MP Hon Gideon MULYUNGI for his sustained grading of roads linking Upper and Lower Waita enclaves. "The  grading of Maongoa-Kitulini- Nyanyaa road connecting WAITA and ENDUI enclaves had been my dream. I had been pushing for the grading of this road during Hon. malombe regime" said Hon Deiys. The MCA is also appealing to the Mwingi Central MP to grade the Munyumbuni-Ndithi road making a detour past the hilly stretch which he tried to grade with Governor Malombe during his regime. "Upgrading of road infrastructure in Waita Ward remains one of my development Manifesto cohorts. I therefore thank the MP for making this dream a reality" he added. Speaking at the school, the politician who has been on the forefront supporting youth talents throughout the Ward said; "It is imperative to support the pupils during this COVID-19 epidemic and relieve parents the burden" he said.
