Yatta FC Coach TIM WAMBUA Upbeat After an excellent Machinery Cup Win

The seemingly young team that was fronted by their able coach Tim Wambua, a political kingmaker and blogger went ahead and trounced their opponents to clinch the much coveted cup that slipped right through their fingers last year.  The team thrashed Scorpion FC 3-2 goals in the highly competitive match. The final game that attracted fans ,scouts and football experts and soccer buffs from all over the region heaped praises on the team for their excellent and exciting performance.  The event was graced by the perpetrators of machinery cup led by Ken Maingi, Pash Musyoki and others including MCA aspirant Felix Nyamai. Speaking at Karatina University during a caucus that was attended by more than 10 universities School of Business Students, CEO Patrick Mwendwa - who was also recognized as the Best CEO in the field said;  "Last week we celebrated 10 Years anniversary were Kitui Deputy Gov Dr Wathe & Kitui county staff graced the ceremony. I also gave a key talk at the fete" he said. Among the Universities that attended the ceremony included Dedan Kimathi, Karatina, Chuka, Laikipia and Mount Kenya University School Of Business Students. Naivas to open Two New outlets before the Festive Season

  BY MAXIMILA WAFULA NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 8- Naivas Supermarket will this week be opening doors of its newest outlets in Malindi and Embakasi on 9 th and 10 th December 2021 respectively. The supermarket through a statement announced that the new  Malindi outlet becomes the second branch in Kilifi County after the retailer opened a shop for the first time in the county in Kilifi Town along Bofa Road.  This new store covering 28,000 square feet of trading space is the new anchor tenant at the Oasis Mall in Malindi along Lamu Road. On the other hand, the Embakasi outlet located along Road B off Airport North Road just opposite Nairobi Bottlers covers 27000 square feet of trading space.  The outlet is the 7th store within the greater Eastlands region and the second along Airport North Road with the other being Embakasi Express which opened its doors in July of this year. KICK OFF: Ghost Mulee Gives Thumbs Up As Kitovoto Tournaments Kicks Off Tomorrow 4th Dec

BY CORESPONDENTS Radio Jambo broadcaster and Former Harambee Stars coach Ghost Mulee has termed Kitovoto Youth Football Tournaments  in Waita Ward, Mwingi Sub County as revolutionary sports mentorship for youths. Ghost Mulee, who is slated to grace some of the matches was speaking when after receiving results for the fully fledged 2nd Edition tournament that went down in December last year. "We are kicking off the 3rd Edition of The Kitovoto Tournament tomorrow 4th across Waita Ward. This time it will be huge comprising over 30 teams across the Ward. Our aim is to nurture and discover more talents. FKF chairman for the whole country KADO, will also be in attendance" said Kitovoto. During the 2nd Edition tournament held December last year, more than 25 teams took part in the tourney winning prizes including balls, uniforms and cash.
